Order Acknowledgement - OneTrail

Updated by Niek Ressing

As soon as a purchase order is sent to the supplier, a confirmation of receipt is sent back by the supplier. Also called an ACK/NACK message. This message says nothing about whether the order has actually been processed correctly and will be delivered, but only indicates that the order has been received correctly.

If the order has been received correctly, the ACK message will be sent. If the order has not been received, the NACK message will be sent.

OrderChief ensures that the correct field is set correctly in the connected system. The message does not contain any further information that can be passed on.
